Strategy and Product development for Nordic Investment Manager
The change of client demand and investment landscape, was in focus when a llarge Investment Manager wanted to develop and review its product, distribution and risk taking strategy
Set up of The Swedish Fund Selection Agency
The Partners of Secoria were the lead advisors to The Swedish Fund Selection Agency regarding the building, establishing and set up of organisation, structure and prepare for the procurement of ~100 Billion € fund management contracts in ~25 different categories and for over 150 fund managers.
European Insurance Group
In the light of internal and external changes for fund management, Secoria was appointed to review current status and propose actions and alternative routes for a leading fund manager in the within the group.
The Swedish Pension Agency
The Partners of Secoria were the lead advisors to the Swedish Pensions Agency in the restructuring of one of the largest fund platforms for defined contribution pensions. The platform is for more than 7 million members, with more than 100 fund managers and 600 funds.

Swedish Ministry of Finance
Our partner Mats Langensjö was appointed by the Government to conduct a project inquiry and presented a proposal on behalf of the Swedish Ministry of Finance regarding the improvement and restructuring of The Seventh National AP - AP7, the ~100 Billion € DC Default Fund.
Mutual Life & Pension Insurance Company
The project was to develop and analyse different investment portfolios, product design and risk parameters for a nordic Pensions Insurance Company.
